Hey Loïc, thanks for taking the time to review your stay with us. Our Ruby Claire is just a stone's throw away from the shores of Lac Léman and within walking distance of the historic city center of charming Geneva. This makes us a perfect starting point for a shopping trip through the prestigious boutiques. We love to hear that you were able to benefit from that great location during your stay. Our self check-in was created to simplify a time-consuming process and free up our hosts to offer great service in other areas. For instance, by not having a reception desk, our team has more time to share their city tips and answer any questions you might have during your stay. It's a pity to hear it wasn't your cup of tea. While our cocktail selection received your seal of approval (and we're thrilled about that!), we're sorry to hear that the room view didn't live up to expectations. Next time just leave a note in your booking that a view is preferred. We will then do our best to fullfil your request, depending on the availability on the day of arrival.
